We draft it from your words, and a person edits every line. You get 2 rounds of changes before any picture is painted.

Add photos of each person and pet. You approve every character before the pages are painted.

Read the whole book in your browser, ask for changes, and we print a hardcover.

Both look like tiny handmade sets under a warm light. They are slower to paint, so they come with custom stories, alongside watercolor, mid-century gouache, ink and wash, and modern flat.
Before you write to us
What we will, and will not, write.
We will write almost anything that happened to your family, in your family’s words, with your child at the center. A few things we will not do, so every book is safe to keep on the shelf.
We do not write stories that
- blame or mock a parent, a co-parent or anyone else
- make medical claims, or promise to heal or treat anything
- include real people from outside your family
- include children who are not your own

Which photos work best?
Three to ten everyday photos of each person, face clearly visible, no sunglasses. Different days and different light help. For pets, a few from the side and the front. If a photo will not work, we tell you why before anything is drawn.
What happens to our photos?
They are used for your book and nothing else. We delete them 30 days after you approve your cast, or the day you ask. We never use them to train AI, and we never make face scans from them. We keep the drawn characters so a reprint is easy, and you can ask us to delete those too.
Who can see our photos?
You, and the people making your book. Photos sit in private storage and are shown only through links that expire. They are never shown on this site. Every family you see here is made up.
Can I make a book with photos of someone else’s child?
No. You need to be the parent or legal guardian of every child in the book, and to have permission from every adult. You confirm that before you upload, and we check.
